A home managed with family values.
CantilaHomes was founded in 2019 by Maria Cantila and her family with a simple belief: renters deserve better than faceless corporate landlords. Maria and her husband Eduardo personally inspected every property before it joined the portfolio — and they still do. Their son Rafael oversees day-to-day maintenance, while their daughter Patricia handles tenant relations with warmth and patience.
Every property in our portfolio is maintained to the same standard we would hold for our own family home. Leaky faucet? Rafael is on-call. Lease question at 8pm? Patricia will reply. We are not a faceless management company — we are neighbors who happen to own a few lovely homes, and we want you to feel that difference from day one.
